Return Policy for opened Declinol Kits
Declinol products are offered and sold through www.declinol.com or www.puricorpholdings.com, websites and are designed for you to follow along at home. Similar to pharmaceutical prescriptions and over the counter medications, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund on Declinol that has been opened or consumed. Product that has been opened, used, or altered by an individual in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange. For questions or concerns regarding refunds, please email support prior to ordering at email@example.com
Returning an un-opened Declinol Kit
An unopened box may be shipped back to Declinol LLC 2151 Logan St, Clearwater Fl 33765. Att: Returns Department within 14 days of the original order date or it will not be eligible for a refund. Once received by Declinol customer service, a $25 restocking fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount (Overnight/International shipping charges may also be deducted if you choose them at the point of sale). The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s payment method as quickly as possible but within 30days maximum of receipt of the package.
BANK CHECK POLICY
A twenty-five dollar ($25) fee will be incurred if a personal check, third party check or company check is returned to Declinol LLC for non-sufficient funds.
This fee along with the initial payment for Declinol LLC materials and/or services will be paid by the purchaser immediately following the notice that the funds were not available.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims – All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

Declinol LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Declinol LLC Web sites.
